We’re seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team. In this dynamic role, you’ll handle both temporary and permanent recruitment, maximising desk profitability while building strong client relationships. Your key focus will be on customer service, business development, account management, and ensuring compliance and effective administration.

As a Temporary Recruitment Consultant, you’ll create a reliable pool of temp workers for various roles, handle pre-screening, maintain compliance, and record keeping. You’ll also monitor temporary staff performance, update our database, and ensure issues with attendance or performance are resolved quickly. For permanent roles, you’ll handle end-to-end screening, submit qualified candidates promptly, and collaborate with management on invoicing and compliance.

Client relations will be at the heart of this role, where you’ll maintain contact with clients, respond to inquiries within an hour, and conduct weekly "continue and end" calls to secure new roles. You’ll also make "check-in" calls for new placements and actively upsell services to maximise client potential. In business development, you’ll seek out new opportunities, follow up on leads, engage in cold calling, write job postings, and arrange client meetings to grow revenue and secure terms of business.

With a commitment to quality and professionalism, you’ll attend job fairs, represent our brand on social media, handle after-hours inquiries when needed, and ensure the smooth running of the office. A proactive approach to achieving KPIs and financial targets is essential.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, client-focused professional with a knack for developing new business and managing client accounts.

This is a full time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm.

Applicants must have a full clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle.
