Role Overview:
As a Bookkeeper Administrator you will play a crucial role in back of house team. This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop administration skills,
Role Responsibilities:
- Accurately maintain and update financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
- Be able to efficiently use SAGE and Excel to manage business operations including payroll and accounting.
- Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries from both internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships with vendors, clients, and service providers.

Required Skills:
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- Proficient in SAGE and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience within an Administrator role.
Experience:
- +2 Years within an Admin / Book Keeper Role.
- Experience within the Machinery industry desirable but not a requirement.
Salary & Benefits:
- 27,000 per annum.
- Expanding skills within an Administration role.
Shift Pattern:
- Monday - Friday 40Hours Per Week.
- 5 Month Temp Contact (Extension on contract a possibility) .
- 8am - 5pm.
Working Location:
- CB8 - Newmarket
- Driver required due to location
- Fully on site
