We are excited to offer a career opportunity with a family-run Business in the Machinery sector for a Bookkeeper Administrator.

Role Overview:
As a Bookkeeper Administrator you will play a crucial role in back of house team. This position is a fantastic opportunity to develop administration skills,

Role Responsibilities:

  • Accurately maintain and update financial records, including processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
  • Be able to efficiently use SAGE and Excel to manage business operations including payroll and accounting.
  • Act as a point of contact for finance-related queries from both internal teams and external partners, fostering strong relationships with vendors, clients, and service providers.


Company Overview:
This organisation excels in providing machinery developed on a working farm by farmers for farmers. The Bookkeeper role is ideal for someone interested in supporting a successful family owned business and is located in or around Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Proficient in SAGE and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience within an Administrator role.



Experience:

  • +2 Years within an Admin / Book Keeper Role.
  • Experience within the Machinery industry desirable but not a requirement.


Salary & Benefits:

  • 27,000 per annum.
  • Expanding skills within an Administration role.


Shift Pattern:

  • Monday - Friday 40Hours Per Week.
  • 5 Month Temp Contact (Extension on contract a possibility) .
  • 8am - 5pm.


Working Location:

  • CB8 - Newmarket
  • Driver required due to location
  • Fully on site
