Job Role: Confident in surveying and measuring Conservatories• Confident and able to manage projects from start to finish• Construction/fenestration knowledge required• Confident in liaising with customers with good customer service experience• Experience and ability to manage several projects• Survey and accurately measure for conservatories• Organize appropriate trades• Organise Building Control and schedule of works• Oversee fitting teams• Organise and order materials• Liaise with the site teams• Ensure a smooth process from start to finish• Manage Escalations and liaise appropriately with customers• Keeping all administrative tasks up to date• Ensuring that all works are kept to schedule and on time Preferred Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing complex projects from inception to completion, with a strong track record of delivering on time and within budget.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail to identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Proficient in project management software and tools, enabling you to streamline processes and drive efficiency.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptable and flexible, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and respond to changing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in the construction, home improvement, or fenestration industry is a distinct advantage.
