Customer Services AdministratorPermanent£23,400 per annumNewport Pagnell, Milton KeynesWe are looking for an enthusiastic & hardworking Customer Services Administrator to provide support to our clients valued customers. You must be passionate about delivering a quality service, demonstrate a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a willingness to learn. In return, our client offers a friendly and supportive team environment within their established business.Your responsibilities as a Customer Services Administrator will include:• Communicating with customers via email and telephone, providing support and resolving their issues.• Engaging with customers and adhering to all department processes.• Providing consistent, high quality, proactive customer service to all customers.• Processing weekly back-order reports for all suppliers according to deadlines.• Administering all company campaigns including order processing and monitoring of items ordered.• Liaising with suppliers as and when required.• Recording information accurately into a variety of systems.• Surpassing the expectation of internal and external stakeholders.• Ensuring that all fulfilment is completed within the appropriate timeframe and to an exceptional standard.
To be a successful Customer Services Administrator you must have:• A passion for delivering excellent customer services.• The desire to show commitment and reliability.• Experience of working with a number of systems/databases including Microsoft Office suite.• A confident communication style.• A hardworking, ‘can do’ attitude.• A willingness to learn.• Good written English with the ability to compose professional emails.
