We are a family run,vibrant car sales and servicing dealershio design company based in Newport pagnell,offering a great opportunity for an individual looking to utilise and develop theirinterpersonal skills together with their administrative/operational skills.

The role plays a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and efficient office management and is also responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks, coordinating project activities and supporting the design teams.

The roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Managing office, sales andservicesdocuments

Helping with client quotations, bookings and service scheduling

Coordinating vehicle requirements

Preparing reports

Raising and preparinginvoices and sending them to clients - Experience of Xero highly advantageous

Experience in accounts is also necessary, to enable tracking expenses, reviewing invoices and creating accurate financial records.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, strong communication proficiencies and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. We are also looking for someone to bring new ideas to the table who is continuously looking to improve ways of working. You should also have an understanding of construction processes and terminology.

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 5 years (required)
  • construction industry: 5 years (required)

Language:

  • English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
