Recruitment Consultant (360 Recruitment Role)

Location: Newport Pagnell (MK16 9QS)
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic DOE, Uncapped Commission, 25 Days Annual Leave, Agile Working Policy, Annual Awards, Incentives, Structured Career Progression, Ongoing Professional Development.

As we expand our team in 2025, we’re seeking a dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Energy team at our Newport Pagnell office. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced sales-focused recruitment professionals looking to advance their career within a growing organisation.

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, your role involves building and maintaining a robust network of candidates through diverse channels such as advertising, job boards, and professional networking platforms. You will cultivate strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients, gaining a deep understanding of their needs whilst providing expert advice on suitable candidates and market trends. Delivering a high standard of service throughout the recruitment process is key, managing the full cycle from sourcing and assessing candidates to coordinating interviews and ensuring successful placements. Additionally, you will facilitate negotiations between clients and candidates to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes, all while consistently meeting and exceeding ambitious sales targets in a performance-driven environment.

The Candidate

We are looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant, with a proven track record of high performance. Although experience in the Energy sector would be advantageous, we will consider people who have worked in other sectors who are willing to learn. Training will be provided to bring you up to speed in the areas we operate in, but it is imperative this person is a self-starter with a thirst to build on their knowledge and immerse themselves in the energy sector. We are looking for a strong communicator; someone who can build and maintain lasting relationships and is highly ambitious.
