We are recruiting a Service Coordinator for our client, a family-run organisation led by two hands-on, people-focused leaders who are passionate about developing their team and driving growth. Theyre looking for someone who will take ownership of the role and become a key part of the team.

Location Newport Pagnell

Hours Monday Friday, 9am 5pm

Salary £28,000

Service Coordinator main responsibilities:-

Responsible for planning and scheduling of the Engineers to customer sites

Organising travel arrangements, tools and equipment for engineers

Main point of contact for Customers regarding all service queries via email and phone

Process orders for service work including raising invoices

What you need for the Service Coordinator role:-

Admin/Coordinator experience
