Job Title: Business Analyst - Workday Pay Data Expansion Project

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support the expansion of allowances and one-time payments in Workday, enhancing HR processes and standardising practices across global operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced in global projects and focus on process improvement, user experience, and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Gathering: Collect and analyse data on allowances and payments across countries, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Process Design: Assist in developing future state processes, including creating process flows and functional requirements.
  • Testing & QA: Develop test plans, coordinate testing, and track issues across teams and regions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaise between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet needs.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain project documentation, status reports, and user guides.
  • Benefit Realisation: Support the tracking and reporting of post-implementation metrics.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience, preferably in HR technology projects.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and process mapping skills.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with global HR projects.
