Position Overview:
Are you a dynamic HR professional looking for an exciting interim opportunity? We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our vibrant manufacturing site. This stand-alone role offers the chance to align HR practices with business needs, drive employee engagement, and lead the industrial relations agenda. You'll also support divisional projects, champion people data, and coordinate annual HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute impactful HR plans.
- Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, ensuring a positive and compliant workplace.
- Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, succession planning, and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and facilitate programs to enhance skills and career growth.
- HR Compliance: Ensure adherence to employment laws and internal policies.
- Change Management: Lead change initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze HR data to recommend strategic business improvements.
- Culture & Engagement: Foster a positive work environment where teamwork and continuous improvement are celebrated.
- Health & Safety: Promote a safe and well-being-focused workplace.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience: 5-7 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge of employment law, industrial relations, and HR compliance.
- Leadership: Proven ability to influence senior managers and drive HR initiatives.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with HR software systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Power BI).
- Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, independent work environment.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, predominantly on-site with some flexibility to work from home.
- Occasional travel to other company locations.
- Availability for periodic after-hours support.
