Juice Recruitment is working in partnership with an environmental specialist company, with the appointment of a Site Manager to join their team in Newport.

This is a site-based role, and travel between different sites may be necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve project goals.
  • Monitor site budgets, expenses, and resources.
  • Coordinate with various departments for smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Supervise and mentor staff, providing necessary support and guidance.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Promptly address any concerns raised by team members or clients.
