Residential Conveyancer

TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an innovative, award-winning, and industry-leading conveyancing legal practice based in South Wales. Due to their continued success and increased demand, they are expanding their team of Cover Conveyancers to ensure uninterrupted service excellence during periods of absence or leave.

Role Overview:As a Cover Conveyancer, you will work with in a small cohort of experienced professionals, providing legal advice and support to clients while maintaining our exceptional customer service standards. You will cover for conveyancers who are on leave, managing their caseloads and ensuring smooth progression of transactions from initial instruction to exchange and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice and assistance to clients on residential property matters using our bespoke CMS system.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and introducers via telephone and email, adhering to company protocols and ensuring a positive client experience.
• Achieve individual and team targets related to customer service, transaction volumes, timelines, and fee averages.
• Collaborate closely with internal background teams and external introducers to foster strong client relationships and support commercial partnerships.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical knowledge of land law and the conveyancing process.
• Demonstrable experience in handling both freehold and leasehold titles.
• Previous experience managing your own caseload in a fee-earning role, ideally within a volume conveyancing practice.
• Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and consistently meet KPIs.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
• Proficiency with CMS systems and willingness to adapt to new technologies and processes.
