Working across branches in the local area, you will have an existing portfolio of clients, as well as develop new business opportunities from the branches and advisors you work alongside.Mortgage and Protection Broker Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on a full range of mortgage and protection products to suit their needs
Conducting detailed financial assessments and affordability checks
Managing the mortgage application process from start to finish
Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Meeting individual and team targets

Mortgage and Protection Broker Package:

Competitive base salary of up to £35k depending on banking experience
Generous tiered commission structure (12.5% - 30%)
Full administrative support, allowing you to focus on advising and building relationships

Mortgage and Protection Broker Requirements:

CeMAP qualification or equivalent (required)
Proven track record in mortgage advice and sales
Ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline of business
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a high-quality service
