Are you a Finance Manager with people management experience who wants the opportunity to report directly into the Managing Director, be part a growing business and potentially have the opportunity to be an equity shareholder in the business?

On offer is the opportunity to join this entrepreneurial, fast growing business that is a leader in its sector, has been operating for over 20 years and increased their sites by over 25% in the last couple of years and will be offering the opportunity to become an equity shareholder in the business.

In this role you will control the full finance function, managing and leading 3 accountants, manage the full P&L including the management accounts, month end reporting, oversee the control of assets and cash management for the full business, while assisting the Managing Director assess future growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be a financial manager who has led a team, managed a P&L and prepared full finance reports for leadership review and wants the autonomy and potential to be an equity shareholder and who is happy to be in office based in Newport.

THE ROLE:

  • Oversee the P&L
  • Prepare Management Accounting and Month End reports
  • Manage and lead 2 accountants
  • Report into and assist the Managing Director

THE PERSON:

  • AAT Level 4, CIMA, ACA or ACCA part qualified or qualified
  • Managed the P&L and hands on financials
  • Team Management
  • Passion to drive performance of the business
  • Commutable to Newport
