Your New Role as Our Senior Sous Chef:
- High-Standard Scratch Cooking: Craft exceptional dishes using the finest ingredients.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, and motivate the kitchen brigade in the absence of the Head Chef.
- Food Safety and Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety and hygiene standards in order to ensure 5-star food hygiene ratings.
- Kitchen Cleanliness: Maintain a pristine and organised kitchen.
- Menu Planning and Design: Innovate and design menus that captivate and delight guests.
What We Ask of You:
- A genuine passion for creating the highest quality food using the best ingredients.
- Demonstrated success as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef in high-quality, luxury hotels or restaurants.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communication.
- Have the full Right To Work in the UK.
