German Speaker

Brook Street is working with a growing client seeking a German Speaker Customer Services Advisor.

Main duties:

• To answer incoming calls and follow up in German.
• To take German speaking customers through the customer journey.
• To support clients through a variety of different communication channels
• To handle complaints professionally.

Customer Services Experience

IT proficient

German speaker

Attention to detail

Excellent verbal communication skills
