This is a full-time and permanent position, based on site in Newport that comes with a salary of £27,000 to £30,000 and 33 days of annual leave, plus many more great benefits.   • Management of HR system and administration.
  • Advising managers with day-to-day HR issues that align with the company’s culture, HR policies, and employment legislation.
  • Support absence management, grievances, performance management, and disciplinary processes.
  • Work closely with HR projects, change initiatives, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Conduct employee training and development initiatives.
  • Manage the recruitment process, with a focus on job posting, shortlisting, and compliance.
  • Deliver new employee inductions and support onboarding.
  • Promote continuous improvement in HR systems and processes to meet compliance and ethical standards.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and provide administrative support to HR functions.
This opportunity is perfect for someone who has previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience as a HR Generalist. To be successful, you will have a strong knowledge of UK Employment Law, and strong experience with Employee Relations decision making.
