Bench IT require an experienced Service Desk Analyst to join a large organisation starting ASAP working hybrid 2-3 days per week in Newport.

The successful candidate should have the skills and experience included below:

• Proven experience working as a Service Desk Analyst/1st & 2nd Line Support
• Excellent customer service skills to assist users in resolving their queries
• Windows 10
• Office 365 suite
• Active Directory
• Microsoft Intune
• Laptop builds/deployments
• Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or other alternatives
• Excellent communication skills
