Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + benefits

My client is a UK based company that specialising ins the production of healthy snacks and other nutrition focused products. Established in the early 90s, they have become a key player in the health and wellness industry. They are actively recruiting for a Business Systems Manager to join their organisation to replace outgoing (retiring) IT Manager.

A key member of the senior leadership team, the Business Systems Manager will provide support and maintenance of key business systems and infrastructure, implementing strategic objectives, management of I.T. costs and investments as well as delivering business improvement support to a range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and upgrade networks and servers, implementing efficient server upgrades and migrations when required.
  • Manage and monitor controlled access to the company's network and associated systems.
  • Internal responsibility for company's ERP system, including support and maintenance.
  • Accountable for facilitating software and hardware upgrades, ensuring they are delivered successfully and within budgetary limits.
  • Responsibility for ensuring the ERP system is fit for purpose and meets internal stakeholder requirements.
  • Maintain and develop Local VBA based solutions and provide controlled user access to data from our ERP system using SQL/VBA.
  • Manage the I.T. and telecoms budgets.
  • Manage all I.T. contracts and third-party relationships, coordinating and delegating tasks, projects and monitoring third party support as well as ensuring the business is receiving value for money.
