My client are a large prestigious government organisation and are looking for Data Scientists to come and join their team on an initial temporary basis, paying £20.47 per hour, Inside IR35.

Essential Criteria

  • Ability to write python code and functions in a way that is reusable, fits best standards guidance, and are robustly unit tested.
  • Ability to write code and functions in a way that is reusable, fits best standards guidance, and are robustly unit tested. (Preferably in Python, PySpark or R)
  • Experience of creating reproducible pipelines for systematic processing of statistical data, based on initial design documents. This includes writing documentation, designing and conducting tests, reviewing and managing versions of code.
  • Past Data experience.
  • Stakeholder management/engagement experience.
  • Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills.

Due to this role sitting within a central government department, you will need to of resided within the UK for a minimum of 4 out of the last 5 years continuously, to undergo security checks.
