As long as you have a high standard of client care and attend to clients needs, they understand that we don't always need to be present in the office.Responsibilities:* Develop tailored succession planning strategies for families and businesses.* Provide legal expertise in estate succession planning, including wills and trusts.* Guiding clients through the succession planning process, address complex legal aspects related to succession, such as tax implications. * Assist clients in preserving assets. Draft and maintain trust documents. Provide ongoing support and advice to trustees and beneficiaries regarding Trust management. Disputes over the interpretation of a will* Process Probate Registry applications for deceased estates.* Manage intestacy cases.* Provide guidance on inheritance tax matters. Address queries from HMRC and identify applicable taxes.
