Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Conveyancer Seeking a Non-Fee Earning Role!

A leading conveyancing firm is looking for an experienced Conveyancing Auditor to join their Conveyancer Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled conveyancer who wants to transition into a non-fee earning role while still making a significant impact in the industry.

The Role:

As a Conveyancing Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance, accuracy, and best practices across conveyancing transactions. Key responsibilities include:? Conducting detailed audits of Sale and Purchase files to ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policies.? Identifying risks, discrepancies, and areas of non-compliance, recommending corrective actions.? Providing feedback and support to conveyancers, promoting compliance and operational excellence.? Assisting conveyancing teams with complex transactions, including title checks, mortgage offers, and post-completion work.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer, Property Lawyer, or Legal Professional who wants to move away from fee-earning while still applying their expertise in a quality control and advisory role.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Conveyancer or equivalent Legal Professional with 3+ years of conveyancing experience

  • Previous auditing experience is highly desirable

  • Strong knowledge of property law, including Title Checking, Leaseholds, and New Builds

  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Strong communication skills to provide constructive feedback and guidance

  • Proficiency in Case Management Systems & Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
