Corporate Commercial Senior Paralegal | Exciting Career Opportunity

TSR Legal is excited to represent a highly respected law firm with a strong reputation in Corporate and Commercial Law. Based in Usk, the firm is led by an industry-renowned Partner, offering legal expertise to commercial clients, including high-net-worth business owners and prominent investors. Due to growth, the firm is seeking a Corporate Commercial Paralegal to join the team and provide direct support to the busy Partner.

The Role:

The role offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Partner, assisting with a broad range of corporate and commercial matters. The firm is looking for a Paralegal who has completed their LLB and ideally the LPC, with a genuine interest in company and commercial law. Those with previous experience in corporate/commercial matters are encouraged to apply.

As a key part of the team, the successful candidate will:

  • Assist in managing a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and shareholder agreements.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships, offering high levels of client care and communication.
  • Take on significant responsibility and exposure to clients and case management from an early stage, with the opportunity to learn and grow rapidly.
  • Provide supervision to junior members of the team, as appropriate.

This role offers fantastic progression opportunities, with the potential to develop into a more senior fee-earning role over time.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Completed LLB and preferably the LPC.
  • Previous experience in corporate and commercial law is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision, managing a varied workload efficiently.
  • Enthusiasm for company/commercial law and a desire to progress in this practice area.
