- Maintain and organise records, files, and documentation related to plant protection
- Liaise with other departments to collate and ensure accuracy of documentation
- Provide safety information to clients, ensuring they understand all protocols
- Respond to and receive calls from customers, addressing inquiries and providing support
- Assist the Plant Protection team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Update on site teams to ensure all health and safety measures are implemented correctly
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Good working knowledge of MS office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
