Working Hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 4 days out of 6, including Saturdays

The Role:As a Senior Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day production operations. You will lead a team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of production targets while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate daily production activities.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of production staff.
- Ensure production targets and KPIs are met.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or senior role within a production environment.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
