- 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights)
- 7am to 7pm, 7pm to 7am
- Operate packaging lines and equipment to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure correct labelling, packaging type, and grade compliance.
- Maintain plant and machinery condition using 5S principles.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to complete tasks accurately.
- Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
- Operate a forklift truck (training provided).
- Conduct detailed shift handovers and maintain an electronic logbook.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet objectives.
- Perform basic fault-finding on breakdowns.
- Inspect packaged goods for defects before dispatch.
- Monitor and maintain packaging material inventory levels.
- FLT Counterbalance licence is desirable
