The role:

Also, the individual will gain experience in measuring how effective process & procedures are, making recommendations whilst improving data analysis skills.   • Review and approve KYC (know your customer) procedures ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Investigate any sanctions/alerts and perform CDD (customer due diligence) checks
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency with KYC reviews
  • Carry out compliance and fraud prevention monitoring
  • Analyse data to identify issues and report findings
  • Offer advice and guidance to the business on KYC & CDD related matters
  • Support Manager/s with compliance tasks as required

The Person:

  • 1/2 years experience in a compliance/risk related role within Financial Services
  • Displays a curious mindset to find answers to queries and offer solutions
  • Take responsibility for their area of expertise and willing to help others to achieve their objectives
  • Attention to detail, accuracy with their work
  • Can meet deadlines, working as part of a team or individually equally well
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams etc
