Join our team as a Production Administrator. This pivotal role is perfect for individuals with a strong background in administrative functions, particularly those with proficient experience in SAP. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Collaborate with operations, compliance, sales, and customer services teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Perform general administrative duties, with a strong focus on managing and maintaining the site SAP system.
  • Act as a crucial link between central customer services, group transport, and site operations to meet customer requirements efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of month-end procedures, primarily through SAP.
  • Assist in the maintenance and control of site management systems, focusing on SAP-based document control, data preparation, and participation in reviews.
  • Log and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), assist in their resolution, and manage related documentation, utilizing SAP for data management and reporting.
  • Prepare SHEQ data for quarterly and annual reviews, ensuring compliance with customers' and environmental agency data requirements, leveraging SAP for accurate data submissions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and professionalism.
  • Flexibility and a collaborative spirit as a team player.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent organisational and telephone skills.
  • Significant experience in data processing with a strong emphasis on SAP expertise.
  • Knowledge of waste industry practices, including hazardous and non-hazardous waste, waste legislation, consignment notes, EWC codes, permit & SIC numbers is preferred.
