Roles and responsibilities:-

Perform technical test operations on PCBs and assemblies, ensuring adherence to established protocols and quality standards.
Conduct routine test maintenance to ensure optimal performance of testing equipment and systems.
Debug and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, providing timely solutions to enhance product reliability.
Liaise with the engineering team to communicate test results, share insights, and collaborate on product improvements.
Document test procedures, results, and any anomalies accurately, maintaining comprehensive records for quality assurance.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing ideas to enhance testing processes and efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies to bring innovative practices to the team.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications:-

Ideally qualified to HNC level in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; however, relevant experience will also be considered.
Previous experience in testing electronic devices or components, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of electronic principles, circuit theory, and testing methodologies.
