Are you a Project Manager from a Construction background with project programming experience in a performance based role where you can earn 10K per completed project in a growing business?

On offer is the opportunity to join a double digit growth business that has been established for over 15 years, has over 80 people in the business, looking for a Project Manager to deliver on the new exciting projects, where they reward performance and provide opportunity for long term growth.

In this role you will program manage and lead the project management from creation to completion, manage the stakeholder interaction, use project management tools like MS Project to keep everyone updated on weekly and monthly basis to ensure projects are delivered.

The ideal candidate is a Project Manager from a construction background with project programming experience of commercial fits outs, new build steel portal frame and led projects from start to finish.

THE ROLE:

• Program management of construction projects from cradle to completion
• Knowledge and experience with appropriate software's, Microsoft Project etc
• Manage client, contracts, budgets and reporting to MD

THE PERSON:

• Track record in steel portal frame construction, fit out, refurb & new building project management
• Based commutable to Birmingham and prepared to travel extensively to Midlands and other places across the UK and to head office in Newport regularly
