Stephens Oil islooking to recruit a Business Development Manager to prospect & convert new customers as well as account manage and develop current / lapsed customers.

The role would include -

  • Managing a portfolio of existing commercial customers
  • Attract and sell to new customers
  • Managing margins & driving volumes across both new & existing customers
  • Re- activating lapsed customers

The successful candidate would demonstrate -

  • Sales & businessdevelopment experience
  • A self starter - working through their own initiative

This is mainly an office based sales role however, on occasions there will be a requirement to visit customers at their premises. Therefore use of your own transport is essential (mileage will be paid). A company mobile phone will be provided.
