We are currently seeking a Senior Engineer to join our team for a high-profile project on a data center development. This role will involve working on reinforced concrete (RC) and groundworks, playing a key part in ensuring the project is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of reinforced concrete (RC) works and groundworks for the data center project.
- Lead a team of engineers and construction professionals, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required technical specifications.
- Conduct site inspections and assess progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
- Ensure that all construction work complies with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver a seamless construction process.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and site operatives.
- Prepare and review detailed engineering reports, progress documentation, and risk assessments.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior engineering role, with a focus on RC works and groundworks.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably involving data centers or similar infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the construction processes and site management.
- Proficient in the use of engineering software e.gAutoCAD,
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple aspects of a project while ensuring safety and compliance.
