A well-established school in Newport are looking for a Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a child who has Additional Learning Needs. The school are looking for a resilient colleague to join the team.
As a SEN TA you will be expected to:
- Work effectively with the class teacher to support students
- Support a student on a 1:1 basis adapting your experience to fit the students learning needs.
- Help with the preparation, planning and delivery of lessons in the classroom.

What do we need from you?
- Experience working in a primary school setting
- Ideally, prior experience working with pupils with Additional learning needs.
- A passion for supporting children's academic development
- A valid enhanced DBS and registration with the EWC (We can assist you with this)
