Description

  • Advise senior management on strategic property matters.

  • Conduct red book valuations for commercial properties.

  • Manage estate tasks: landlord-tenant negotiations, lettings, surrenders, rent reviews, lease renewals, and re-gearing.

  • Handle way leave and easement negotiations, portfolio rationalisation, and asset valuation, including Local Authority assets.

Profile

  • General Practice Surveyor experience (public/private sector)

  • Chartered member of RICS

  • Skilled in coaching and supervising within professional settings.

  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and engagement skills.

  • Full UK Driving Licence
