Description

Advise senior management on strategic property matters.

Conduct red book valuations for commercial properties.

Manage estate tasks: landlord-tenant negotiations, lettings, surrenders, rent reviews, lease renewals, and re-gearing.

Handle way leave and easement negotiations, portfolio rationalisation, and asset valuation, including Local Authority assets.
Profile

General Practice Surveyor experience (public/private sector)
-
Chartered member of RICS
-
Skilled in coaching and supervising within professional settings.

Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and engagement skills.

Full UK Driving Licence
