Our client, a prestigious automotive dealership has an exciting opportunity for a Bookings Advisor to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Make customer Service, MOT, and repair bookings for Porsche Customers
  • Provide support to customers with their enquiries to make accurate bookings and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience
  • Keep customer notes up to date including future booking dates, customer details and vehicle details
  • Communicate offers clearly with details of the benefits to customers
  • Follow up on customer enquiries with the Aftersales departments

Key skills/experience:

  • Experience of working in a customer-centred role, either in person or over the phone is essential
  • Great communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with data processing
