- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Conduct performance reviews and identify training needs to support team development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.
- Identify and manage financial risks, implementing controls and procedures to mitigate them.
- Act as a key point of contact for financial matters, providing clear and concise financial information to senior management, board members, and external stakeholders.
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with substantial post-qualification experience.
- Proven experience in a Financial Controller or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of statutory accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a finance team.
