JWR is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at a popular seaside location in Newquay. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
- Implement effective cost control measures and achieve financial targets.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage industry trends.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
