JWR is recruiting for a Restaurant Manager to join the team at a popular seaside location in Newquay. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence.

Salary / Package

  • Salary from £30-£35k DOE+ Service Charge

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, training, and supervision.
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and hygiene.
  • Implement effective cost control measures and achieve financial targets.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance.

Requirements:
