Remuneration: £45,000 - £50,000 + profit related bonus

The role of Estimator Fit Out & Refurbishment will involve:
Estimator position dealing with fit out and refurbishment projects for various industries such as; leisure, retail, healthcare, hotels, offices, pubs & restaurants
Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations
Negotiating with sub-contractors and suppliers
Producing formal quotations to customers
Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines
Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database
Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and suppliers
Working on projects ranging in value from £250k to £4m
The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Fit Out & Refurbishment with
Must have Estimating experience within fit out, design & build, joinery or main contracting
Good technical knowledge and good understanding of industry processes, materials and costs
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
IT literate (Microsoft Office)
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Good team player who also works well individually
