We currently have a vacancy for an operator to join their busy Production Team.
We currently have a vacancy for an Operator to join their busy Production Team. The successful candidate will support the production team and various trades, assisting with tasks such as moving materials and providing general support as directed. Experience with forklifts and as a banksman would be advantageous.
Once fully integrated into the client's processes, candidates who demonstrate enthusiasm, commitment, and a desire to progress will have the opportunity to get involved in other areas across the site.
Skills
- Ability to work effectively within a busy production environment, offering support to various trades and team members.
- Capable of assisting with the movement of materials and carrying out general tasks as directed by the team.
- Experience with forklifts and banksman duties is highly desirable, ensuring safe and efficient handling of materials.
- A strong work ethic, with the ability to adapt to new tasks and challenges as required.
- Proactive and willing to take on additional responsibilities once familiar with the client's processes, demonstrating enthusiasm for growth and development within the role.
Hours
This role is based on a 39-hour working week, Monday to Friday. Initially through Mego Employment, with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidates.
