Join our dynamic team as a Customer Services Advisor, where no two days are the same. We are looking for a flexible and adaptable individual who excels in multitasking and can handle various customer service tasks efficiently. This role is crucial in providing high-quality support to our customers and the Customer Services Manager.
This is a full-time role which my client is looking to recruit on a temp to perm basis. This role will be based in the office 100% of the time.
Day-to-day of the role:- Answer all customer service calls adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Accurately record notes from customer interactions and maintain up-to-date records using various systems.
- Monitor company mailboxes and handle both inbound and outbound calls effectively.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all information, adhering to data protection guidelines.
- Provide administrative support to the Customer Services Manager, including taking on specific projects as needed.
- Process customer requests such as repairs, replacements, credits, invoices, and payments.
- Communicate with external agencies as required to resolve customer issues.
- Proven experience in a customer service role.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to manage tasks and interact effectively with customers.
- A calm, empathetic, and caring nature to handle customer inquiries sensitively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages.
