About the Payroll and Finance Administrator role

Strengthening our busy Finance team, you will enjoy plenty of variety as you process our weekly and monthly payrolls, sales and purchase ledgers, cash book, direct debits, invoices, housing benefit receipts and expense claims. In addition, you will regularly reconcile balance sheets and generate management information on creditors and debtors, whilst administering service charges and assisting with credit control, so you will quickly become central to everything we do.

Alongside a good general education, the Payroll and Finance Administrator should bring sound experience of banking, payroll processing and sales and purchase ledgers plus a proven ability to resolve wide-ranging customer queries. Needless to say, you will be effective under pressure, meticulous in everything you do and very computer literate, with real passion for developing your skills and getting involved.
