- Manage end-to-end payroll services for multiple clients, including auto-enrolment, RTI reporting, year-end processing, and handling starter and leaver administration.
- Oversee payment runs, liaise with HMRC and pension providers, and address client queries.
- Supervise a team of Payroll Administrators, delegating tasks and regularly reviewing their work.
- Keep Partners informed on payroll legislation changes and department performance to support business decisions.
- 3 years or more experience within payroll.
- You will need a strong and confident background in payroll, preferably in accountancy practice or with Multisite inhouse.
- Experience with running multiple payrolls.
- Have knowledge of different types of pay - weekly, monthly, commission and bonuses.
- Proficiency with payroll processing software and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and processes.
- Ability to build good client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage own workload in a timely manner to meet strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
