The Opportunity:

This boutique law firm, based in Newton Abbot, is recruiting for its conveyancing team and searching for a technically excellent lawyer
There is already an existing caseload and referrals from other departments
You will be working within this small practice and you will be a true team player
You will have administrative support

What will you do?

Handle a mixture of sales & purchase files
Manage freehold, leasehold, new build, shared ownership, help to buy, remortgage and equity transactions
Work on a realistic sized caseload within this supportive team
Work closely with senior lawyers to increase your experience & confidence

What do you need?

At least 2 years’ PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
Residential Property law experience
Unqualified candidates who are able to run their own caseload are encouraged to apply
