Location: Devon-Newton Abbot- Office based

Hours: Full time, Part time, Condensed hours

Salary: £50-55K (Full time) per annum -depending on experience

This Complex Care Provider is looking for highly skilled and experienced Learning Disability and Paediatric nurse to join their expanding team of Nurses, Case Managers and Care assistants. They have a commitment to providing high-quality care to individuals with complex health needs, with an emphasis on patient-centered care, and collaborative approach to healthcare.

Job description:
  • Provide direct patient care to individuals with complex health needs.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient health and report any changes to the care team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  • Educate patients and families on health management.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements:

  • You hold a nursing qualification in Learning Disabilities
  • You have a current NMC PIN.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You are a compassionate and dedicated individual.

  • Experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
