ResponsibilityWhat will you be responsible for:Coordinating comprehensive care for children with complex health conditions, ensuring they receive the right services.
Specifically the activities will be:Assessment, care plan development, coordination with providers, patient advocacy, and excellent communication.
ExperienceWhat requirements are we looking for?Experience in complex care management is a plus!
Requirements/SkillsWhat requirements are we looking for?NMC PIN, Children's Nursing qualification.
