This specialist manufacturer who have recently celebrated their 20th Anniversary specialise in designing and manufacturing products for the oil/gas industry. Their success has led them to be the largest manufacturer of their goods globally, with other production facilities also overseas. Due to internal promotions, they are seeking a Night Shift Supervisor to join their talented manufacturing team.

In this role you'll be overseeing the performance of their busy manufacturing line, attending to tasks including developing production plans/schedules, delegating work to direct reports and leading H&S and Quality activity.

This is a 3-day working week on the night shift, working 6pm to 6am Monday through to Wednesday.

THE ROLE:
*Overseeing the busy manufacturing line
*Creating production plans and schedules and delegating works
*Overseeing H&S and Quality on the shopfloor
*Monday to Wednesday / 6pm to 6am

THE PERSON:
*Hands on experience within Manufacturing/Production
*Experience in team leading
*Happy to work night shift
