The Role

Were looking for either an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant, or a seasoned Business Developer to join our team. In this end-to-end role, youll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to building strong client relationships, with a particular focus on construction, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales and networking.

  • Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with client requirements.

  • Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including advertising, shortlisting, and negotiating offers.

  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.

  • Achieve and exceed individual and team targets.


About You

  • Experienced: Proven success in a 360 recruitment role, or Business Development role ideally within construction, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

  • Sales-Driven: Target-oriented with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs.

  • Organised: Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
