The RoleWere looking for either an experienced and driven 360 Recruitment Consultant, or a seasoned Business Developer to join our team. In this end-to-end role, youll manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to building strong client relationships, with a particular focus on construction, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Identify and secure new business opportunities through proactive sales and networking.
Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
Conduct interviews and assess candidates to match them with client requirements.
Manage the recruitment process end-to-end, including advertising, shortlisting, and negotiating offers.
Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
