Development Administrator – Full Time (37 hours per week) – Temporary (Minimum 4 Months) - £12.00 per hour - Weekly Pay – Newton Abbot – Great Company Benefits – Free Parking

The main tasks would be:
- Managing the development admin inbox
- Answering queries via phone and email.
- Passing messages across to staff when necessary
- Organising inspections
- Emailing residents
- Processing invoices
- Taking meeting minutes, booking meeting rooms
- Updating spreadsheets
Experience:
- Word, excel, outlook, teams
- Social housing beneficial but not essential
- Processing invoices
- Minute taking
- Customer Service Skills – both over the phone and email.
