To succeed, you'll need to bring your extensive NetSuite experience, a hands-on, ambitious approach, and the confidence to take full ownership of the finance function. As a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA), you'll have a track record of leading financial transformation and implementing systems and processes. Experience in private equity-backed or high-growth businesses is a plus, but your ability to drive change, improve efficiencies, and lead with energy and expertise is what will truly set you apart.
