The RoleThe Financial Controller duties will include:

Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow and implement cash management strategies.
Taxation: Manage tax planning and compliance, coordinating with external advisors as necessary.
Team Leadership: Mentor and guide the finance team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to organisational financial strategies, supporting senior management with financial insights.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements in financial management.

The PersonThe requirements for the Financial Controller will include:

Experienced management accountant or financial controller.
Experience of working in SaaS or a high-growth environment would be desirable
