Our client is an established successful business based in Newton Aycliffe. They are looking for an administrator to join their team part time on a temporary to permanent basis. If you meet the person specification for the role, please apply below for an immediate response.

The Job you will be doing

  • Order entry using bespoke order management software
  • Tracking and managing any courier deliveries to ensure orders are delivered on time
  • Communicating with couriers via telephone and email
  • Communicating with customers via telephone and email
  • Communicating with suppliers via telephone and email
  • Completing and updating daily tasks from shared on-line calendar
  • Answering sales enquiries via phone and email
  • Serving customers on our trade counter

About you

  • Previous sales or administration experience in a sales office
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths
  • Good basic level of IT and keyboard skills
  • Telephone enquiry experience
  • Parts matching experience using technical drawings of appliances is desirable
  • Good team player
  • Polite, friendly and eager to learn
